Why My #1 Focus Is Relaxation

Dear Friends,

I had many goals in my life.
Those mostly included results, for example "I have to get this done by the end of this week", or "I want to work out 3 times a week".

What I found out is that results come almost automatically when I put myself into a state of relaxation.
By that, I mean not so much listening to the chatter in my mind, but much rather sit, relax and wait for an insight to come.
By insight I mean new ideas, new inspiration, new thought.

When I do that, I find myself having very relaxing days where I get stuff done that I did not even know would be possible. Everything seems to be much more to aligned.

I have a much more relaxed way of interacting with loved ones and business partners.
I also naturally know what is important and what is not, if I’m not working in a state of where I have 3000 thoughts per second running through my head.

I just overall seem to make better decisions of what to do and what not to do during the day. And I find myself doing much less. But the things that I do seem to be always so valuable and so impactful that it trumps all the hundred little tasks that I would do during a "busy minded day".

A natural question that could come up with you is "How do I get into that relaxed state?"

To be honest, I don’t know the answer.

I just know that I naturally drop into it if I’m not following every single thought that comes up in my head.
I wish you lots fun exploring this calm place and I hope you will experience a similar feeling that I had today when I came up with this blog post.

Much love,
